Return & Refund Policy

At Renviaz, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please review the details below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most Renviaz products.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition
  • Returns requested after the 15-day return period
  • Products not purchased directly from Renviaz.com

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Renviaz will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please email support@renviaz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (recommended for faster assistance)

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail.
To initiate a return:

  • Email support@renviaz.com within 15 days of delivery
  • Our support team will provide:
    • Return authorization (if required)
    • The correct return address
    • Instructions for securely packaging your item
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

Renviaz does not charge restocking fees.

If your return meets our policy requirements, you will receive a full refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable).

Refund Processing Time

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
