Return & Refund Policy

At Renviaz, we want you to love your storage solutions. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy for a smooth experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status.

If Approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, and an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Items not purchased directly from renviaz.com

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we’re happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To Request an Exchange:
Email us at help@renviaz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue (including photos, if possible)

How to Return an Item

To begin your return process:

  • Contact us at help@renviaz.com within 30 days of delivery
  • We’ll provide:
  • Return authorization (if eligible)
  • Return address and instructions
  • Ship the item back using a trackable service (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding any original shipping charges, if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Items labeled as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
